The Singapore Cancer Society's Project Celebrate Wellness is in its 3rd year and this year the focus is to encourage more women above the age of 50 to go for breast screening and promote the awareness of breast cancer.

Many statutory boards and organisations have come together to provide subsidies to lower the cost of doing a mammogram. For eligibility of the subsidy, do check out the Singapore Cancer Society website for more infomation.

A series of roadshows are also lined up for more to understand the importance of early breast cancer detection. For those who are unable to attend the roadshows and want to know where to do the screenings, check OneMap!

The breast screening centre theme layer is parked under 'Health' section. As always, when you click on the theme, the locations of all the centres within your view will be displayed on the map. Click on the icons and a pop up box will give a short info on the centre with additional options such as to get directions or share the map link with a friend!

So spread the word to women who you know are eligible for the screening subsidy and tell them to find the centre locations using OneMap! :)
