Did you notice something when you are using OneMap today? Something is blinking at the top right corner of your screen?

Yes! We have new additions to the OneMap map portal! The next thing you would noticed is another new icon next to the already-so-familiar Themes icon.

Suddenly, OneMap seems kinda brand new to some of us... haha...

There are quite a few new stuff on OneMap, let's go through them slowly for the next few posts!

First up, what is that blinking small loud hailer at the top right corner of OneMap? By clicking on it, you will see the latest announcements TeamOneMap has for our users. We purposely wanted the blinking icon to be small so that it would not be annoying for our map users. :)
If for some reason you just want to stop it from blinking and do not want to click on it, just mouse over the loud hailer icon and the blinking will stop too.

So the new announcement we have for you is:

We have made minor changes to the Safari browser version of OneMap, shall talk about this in another post. ;)

Next, we have the new big icon beside the Themes icon, and that is the Gallery icon. This gallery icon would show the applications created using OneMap by some of our solution partners, which we will also blog about in the posts to come!
